OUR TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to McKinley G Photography! By booking with us, browsing our site, or vibing with our content, you agree to the following Terms of Service. We’ll keep it short, sweet, and clear—but still binding (because lawyer stuff).

1. Services Provided

McKinley G Photography offers professional wedding and elopement photography, including film photography and related services (like sneak peeks and print delivery). All services are customized and outlined in your personal proposal and contract.

2. Booking & Payment

  • A signed contract and retainer fee are required to secure your date. No retainer = no reserved spot.
  • Payment schedules are outlined in your contract (hello, Dubsado magic).
  • Late payments may result in delays or cancellation—don’t ghost us.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Life happens. If you need to reschedule, let us know ASAP. We’ll do our best to work with you. Cancellation terms (including refunds) are defined in your signed agreement.

4. Image Rights & Usage

  • You’re free to share your images for personal use (print, post, tattoo your favorite one—whatever).
  • We retain the copyright to all images. That just means we can use the best ones to show off our work (hello, portfolio & social media).
  • If you’d prefer your images to stay private, just say so in writing—we’ll respect that.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Communicate clearly and honestly—just like we do.
  • Show up on time, trust the process, and bring your best vibes. We’ll do the rest.
  • If you’re late or unresponsive during key planning phases, it may affect the outcome.

6. Delivery Timeline

  • Sneak peeks arrive within 48 hours (yep, we’re that fast).
  • Full galleries are delivered within 6–8 weeks, unless otherwise stated in your contract.
  • Rush edits? Ask about availability and fees.

7. Liability

  • We’re pros, but if an act of God/nature/alien invasion prevents us from delivering your services, we’ll do our best to make it right (reschedule, refund, or send a replacement shooter if applicable).
  • We’re not liable for things outside our control like venue restrictions, bad weather, or Uncle Bob stepping in front of the camera.

8. Website Use

  • Everything on this site (text, images, content) is owned by McKinley G Photography. Don’t steal it—we’ll find you. And we have cameras.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms when necessary. You’ll always find the latest version on this page.
